Research Objective

Develop a heterogeneous robotic testbed and system integration to realize the agile manufacturing concept.

The goals of intelligent robotic assembly are threefold:

  1. Enable collaborative research between scientists and engineers at AFRL and UNM,
  2. Accelerate the assembly and testing of subsystems for small spacecraft and directed energy systems,
  3. Create a persistent infrastructure and lasting capabilities at UNM for agile manufacturing.
